Usage

This template is meant to be used only for people inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.

where:

• type
  • is the type of member...the only valid entries are Player, Builder or Official
• mem
  • is the letter P, B, or O, and the numeric id found in the URL
  • For Sid Abel, the full URL is
    https://www.hhof.com/LegendsOfHockey/jsp/LegendsMember.jsp?type=Player&mem=P196901&list=ByName
  • therefore, use "P196901" which follows "mem=" and before the "&list=ByName" parameter
• name
  • is the person's undisambiguated name (by default, the article title is used)
