The Red Dragon (magazine)

  • ... that The Red Dragon magazine (1882–1887) was intended "to make known to the greater English world the characteristics and aims of the Welsh people and the beauties of their language and literature"? Source: "The End of Another National Venture". Western Mail. 9 June 1887. p. 2.

  • Date, expansion and hook all OK (Though you shouldn't have moved the nomination page). QPQ not needed, no close paraphrasing. Good to go. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 08:51, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
  • Thanks! Couldn't find any guidance on what to do when the article page was moved by someone else after the DYK nomination, so I thought it best to avoid re-directions as no-one had reviewed the hook at that stage. :) ~ RLO1729💬 09:03, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
  • I'm sure others will be able to answer the query but I'd like to point out that as part of nominating or reviewing a DYK, stub tags need to be removed (stubs aren't eligible). Schwede66 09:42, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
  • It is rated B-class by WikiProject Wales, I assumed the Magazine project rating would update automatically. Is this not the case?   ~ RLO1729💬 09:48, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
  • Stub tag now removed. Thanks.   ~ RLO1729💬 09:58, 5 March 2020 (UTC)
