Title validation: If title is absent, both volume and page number must be present. This routine returns:

• the title, if it is present;
• a concatenated volume + page-number string (e.g., v.7-p.602), if both are present and title is absent;
• the empty string, in all other cases (indicating an invalid combination was found).

Parameters

There are three required named parameters: volume, page, and title.

Examples
