Intended for use on talk pages, this template identifies that another page was blanked and redirected to the current article.
Usage
{{Blank and redirect notice|article|date|talk=|small=}}
- article
- Name of article which was merged; must not be wikilinked.
- date
- Date which the article was merged (if known).
- talk
|talk=noExcludes link to the article's talk page- small
|small=yesMakes it a smaller right floating message box.
Examples
Displays message that the foo article was blanked and redirected to the current article as of the date this template was added

The talk page link can be removed with the parameter |talk=no
{{Blank and redirect notice|foo|talk=no}}
