Clarification of mechanism?
The page on mechanism of action could be clearer. It indicates a novel mechanism involving inhibition of type II topoisomerases, but my first thought seeing the page was that fluoroquinolones also inhibit type II topoisomerases. It would be helpful to have a sentence explaining what is novel by stating the mechanisms of both drug classes in a bit more compare-and-contrast detail. 2600:1700:1430:C840:FD9C:153:6497:86D1 (talk) 18:52, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
