By reading through the links, I think it is clear that there is some notability to this foundation. Right now we have more news account links than content. The article would be improved by additionalcontent and context. History (something on the founder perhaps), purpose, budget/endowment, etc. Capitalismojo (talk) 18:47, 1 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
