Article was created within the window, is long enough and appears to be in good shape: well cited to reasonable-looking sources. Hook is interesting and its sourcing checks out. No evident copyvio, BLP or other concerns. A very small, pedantic point: I would advise changing the line The building contained open balconies to treat those with tuberculosis by exposing their lungs to the air. to open air or similar -- aren't people's lungs exposed to the air even when they're indoors?
