First World Congress 1971

The Journal of the Gypsy Lore Society (3rd series, vol.50 (1971), parts 3-4) has an article on the First World Congress by Donald S. Kenrick: The World Romani Congress - April 1971 (pp. 101-108). According to a list of delegates on p. 107 the congress was attended by 21 delegates from 8 nations (Czechoslovakia/3, Finland/1, France/5, Great Britain/5, Germany/1, Ireland/1, Spain/2, Yugoslavia/3), 2 delegates from the Comité International Tsigane (Vanko and Leulea Rouda, both Hungarians) and in addition to that by observers from Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, India and the United States. This would at most add up to representatives from 13 countries, not 20. --Konstock (talk) 17:46, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure where the 20 came from. The only reference on the page says 14 countries. Change it if you'd like. Maybe the patrin web journal over counted, or maybe kenrick forgot someone. - TheMightyQuill (talk) 23:34, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Source reliability

Is this http://www.reocities.com/~patrin/timeline.htm a reliable source? I frankly don't think so.... --- Ɍưɳŋınɢ 23:54, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's not great, but it does seem to list a fairly extensive bibliography. Is there some statement in this article you find dubious? - TheMightyQuill (talk) 13:49, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, OK, I haven't noticed the bibliography (I actually see jumbled mess in the browser and I had to copy-paste the text somewhere else). All right. --- Ɍưɳŋınɢ 20:20, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I at least sugest move from reocities (that jumbles the page for me) to web archive - http://web.archive.org/web/20090410125056/http://www.geocities.com/~Patrin/timeline.htm (that I see correctly) - Ɍưɳŋınɢ 20:27, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
