Cerebral palsy is a disease first breath of newborn hampared, due to many causes. From intra uterine to delivery, isufficiet oxygenation to new born. This hypoxia leads to hyperostosis of skull and cranifacial bones. So that premature ckosure of suture occured. Dura matter which cover the brain it cant grow norlally due to its attachment with the sjull. dura can grow if cranial bones grow ubiformly. resulting cranial volume remain small. But brain needs to grow for its maturity. so that brain grow in a compromized cranial cavity. For that reason ibterstial pressure raised which causes hampering of nutrition and oxygen supply to neurons and supporting cells. ultimately degenerative changes slowly progressing.So curative treatment is cranioplasty and Durapasty. Another New topic is very interesting but still article not published. Hope within 2 weeks artickes will be published. The new disease is Hemicerebral palsy. Here one side of cranium is smaller than other side. so that brain ( one cerebrum is smaller than the other cerebrum. Difference between cerebral palsy and hemicerebral palsy is, in hemicerebral palsy intelectual ability are intact in every patient. but in cerebral palsy intelectual disabilty in almost every patient. in hemi cerebral palsy one side of body affected. but in cerebral palsy both side of body affected. physcians are treating these patients as stroke, migraine,
