GA Review

After a read through... this passes. Yeah, I suppose I could throw in a critique here or there, and maybe there are one too many fair use images, there's a citation needed tag, I saw a few pieces of awkward prose, and there's clearly ongoing development here... but this is unquestionably the best-pre-GA work I've seen.
