The changes i am reverting are in direct opposition to WP:MOSDAB. You need some kind of reason to deviate from it. If "leader" is not the perfect word, the bio can fix that in more words. If it is so wrong as to be misleading, state why and respect others enough to put them in a position to participate in the process of arriving at a better approximation. It cannot be replaced by what was restored, nor by anything else that is

  • too long for a Dab, and
  • meaningless to the average reader.
