2629 E ALOHA ST was built in 1881, as is still in its original location.

If anyone wants to work further on this...
... I've linked (in the external links) this article by Rob Ketcherside about the house and the Ward family. Rob is a member of the Seattle Landmark Preservation Board and author of Lost Seattle. There is a lot of better research there than in the sources used to develop this article; among other things, he contests the information here about date of construction. - Jmabel | Talk 19:55, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
