From File talk:Voiceless alveolar tap.wav:

I don't think this pronunciation is really a voiceless alveolar tap. It's just some kind of alveolar sibilant. A tap is supposed to be very short, while the user in the recording is actually pronouncing it long between vowels, which makes it absolutely obvious that it is not a tap. The examples with Icelandic hrafn and English throw in the article also prove that the voiceless alveolar tap isn't supposed to sound like this, because they definitely don't sound like this. --62.73.69.121 (talk) 23:31, 26 June 2024 (UTC)

I agree that the sound file, which is used in this article, sounds like a sibilant and not a tap.
