@Paper9oll according to Wikipedia:Notability (academics), a person is notable if The person has received a highly prestigious academic award or honor at a national or international level. Fyi, as new page reviewer, I have the rights to either accept or reject your submission however as stated above and earlier through AfC comments, your submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources so it's your WP:BURDEN to address the concerns raised yourself by either sourcing them or removing it. @Paper9oll: You can not decline because source for notability criteria of award is given here.[1][2][3] which you can verify through google translate (the last and main source is in English).
