Rewrite Attempt
I attempted to preserve much of the previous wording into the "technical definition" and put some of its more speculative elements into the "perspectives" outlook. Surely some speculation on my behalf. Attempt to demonstrate VAN not only as a technical but also as a (political) marketing construct. Use of "Marketisation (of telecommunication)" is debatable.
