The Judicial Capital of Uttar Pradesh is Prayagraj, while Lucknow is only the Legislative and Executive Capital.

Replacing Lathmar Holi with Kashi Vishwanath Temple
I am proposing a replacement of Lathmar Holi with the Kashi Vishwanath Temple I am aware of the current political situation of the monument however this is an important site in the state.
