GA Failure

I am failing this article as a good article for 2 reasons. First, since I put this article on hold, the stability of it has deteriorated. There is confilct over a picture, and the article has had to be protected from vandals. Second, no new citations have been added since I put the article on hold, so I am failing this article as a good article. Diez2 17:43, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
