Created Temp page, found releasable source, waiting for designers to post release on web page (deadline= 12/15)

OK, I found a source to which we can add a copyright release: http://appliedultrasonics.com/solutions.html (click tools of the trade, and Esonix Video.

I will get a copyright release added to this web site shortly.

It appears that the violation was the first sentence of the Theory section. It was verbatim the same as sentence one of The Technology: Principal, http://books.google.com/books?id=uczkKDKn5HYC&lpg=PA225&dq=%22ultrasonic%20impact%20treatment%22&pg=PA225#v=onepage&q=%22ultrasonic%20impact%20treatment%22&f=false.

I've posted an update on the temp page, and I will wait until I see that it's no longer listed as Possible Copyright Infringement before restoring the other material. Summary: The author of the deleted page on Ultrasonic Impact Treatment is the COO of the company which employs the authors of the cited copyright infringement (thanks SuggestBot). I am looking into the easiest way to release the copyright: posting the content on their website with a release, adding a release to the Google Book, or emailing a release. Any advice as to which route is best would be greatly appreciated.
