Place and Time
I do not see that Amendment XX stipulates a place and/or time zone that "noon on the 20th day of January" applies do. Does federal law clarify it as EST? Should the article reflect this? Count Robert of Paris (talk) 13:05, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
