International legal status

If anyone can figure out TMA's status under the Convention on Psychotropic Substances, please post it here. The website is: http://www.incb.org/pdf/e/list/green.pdf . I'm not a chemist, so it's a little hard for me. Remember me 12:40, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)

One of them, the parent TMA (±)-3,4,5-trimethoxy-α-methylphenethylamine is listed. Cacycle 22:45, 15 Jun 2005 (UTC)

i think both TMA, and TMA-2 are schedule I

also why the are all the TMAs consolidated into one entry? they are separate drugs with separate properties and histories - isomers or not. someone NEEDS to fix that!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.193.45.199 (talk) 21:18, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I know that in the US the 'analogue act' makes any analogue of a scheduled substance also prosecutable. Though this umbrella law isn't always enforced, it still exists as a mechanisms to deter and punish where it has the opportunity to do so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.246.6.134 (talk) 17:16, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
