Is Franceville line open?

The Franceville line opened in about 1985. But maps as recent as 2005 (eg MicroSoft) do not show tracks past Booue!

What is the true situation?

Redirects

For purposes of preserving history, I am writing here that I have redirected the Gabon highway articles to this page. The pageviews were something like 16/month and they contained no info that was not on this page. Per Wikipedia:NOPAGE we do not necessarily need these to have individual pages.
