Listing a restaurant's menu in a Wikipedia article and the days certain items are served is promotional, unless that restaurant is renowned enough that the food is synonymous with the eating establishment. Menu offerings also change with time, meaning someday the content will be outdated.
This restaurant clearly is very popular, and probably justly deserves its devoted local following. But that following is local, giving yet another reason listing its menu offerings is an abuse of Wikipedia's purpose as an encyclopedia, not an advertising or social networking platform.
