Copy edit notes
This article is completely unreferenced, making it pointless to copy edit until the article has sources, which might alter the copy. The article either needs to be deleted or referenced. hence I have removed the copyedit template from the talk place, placed a references template there instead, and added the GOCE template on this page (above).
