Identity portrait
I asked @PTA Bank: to return here and explain this excision. The claimed authority under WP:MUG. I called the image an identity portrait. It showed him wearing the uniform of a "compliant" captive. Commons:Category:Guantanamo captives' portrait photos via WikiLeaks has contained almost two hundred similar images for over four years. I believe this is the very first time anyone has voiced the MUG concern. Geo Swan (talk) 22:51, 25 August 2015 (UTC)
