Request to retitle the article "They Got Us Right Where They Want Us" 16 June 2021

Per Richard Patrick's recent interview on the Legends and Masters Show in June 2021 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWXZ2bCOXS8) the final title of the album will be "They Got Us Right Where They Want Us", not "Merica". This is word direct from the guy who is creating the album.

Are there any more reliable sources reporting on this besides this obscure YouTube channel? That's not the type of source Wikipedia finds acceptable for use. Sergecross73 msg me 03:08, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

- Wikipedia does not normally create main title headers for words that redirect to Wiktionary and the redirect 'Murica seems to exist simply because there was no consensus at the 2018 RfD for its deletion. As for the potential listing of Murcia under "See also", it has the perception of a spoonerism — if Paris were to be listed under "See also" at the Prais disambiguation page. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 23:43, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  I must have corrected dozens if not hundreds of one-letter or letter-reversal misspellings. Likely misspellings should definitely be included as see-alsos on DAB pages. I found one instance of "Prais" for "Paris", and two of "prais" for "praise". DAB page Prais (which, incidentally, contained the word "statiistical") linked to neither Prai nor Praise (disambiguation); and Prais, the Prai people, was on neither Prai nor Prais.   - Although the article at 'Murica doesn't currently have any content, it could be expanded. It's tricky to find good reliable sources for this topic, but this from Kerrang!, this from the Orange County Register and this from Time shows that there's something there. I dont believe it's been announced. COVID has left countless albums in limbo like this, especially with rock bands, which often more heavily rely on touring to make money. Sergecross73 msg me 19:15, 30 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Filter's recent Facebook posts

On Filter's Facebook page, under one of their posts for their new single, "For the Beaten," either Richard Patrick or his publicist posted that the two 2020 singles ("Thought and Prayers" and "Murica") are not on the upcoming album (slated for a Spring 2023 release), which itself has now also reverted back to it's working title, "They've Got Us Right Where They Want Us, At Each Other's Throats."[1] Since it's still just a Facebook comment and not in an actual news article, I'm not making any changes yet, but I suppose it will be happening sooner or later. Yeah, thanks for that. I've been meaning to update the article - that interview I found above - https://vwmusicrocks.com/an-interview-with-richard-patrick-of-filter/ - also mentions that he's changed the album title back again, so I'm fine with moving that back.
