My boyfriend has one testis larger than the other. Merge with 'Testicular atrophy'?

I'm wondering if this orphaned article ought to be merged with Testicular atrophy. They seem to largely describe the same condition -- or perhaps Testicular nubbin is simply the extreme case of Testicular atrophy.
