The reason

The reason hawkers "pull the tea" is not for showmanship, it's to cool the tea. Also, it's not only Indian hawkers who do this. --Pavithran (talk) 12:05, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Should say that the actual recipie is a mixture of stewed black tea, diluted with hot (not boiling) water, condensed milk and evaporated milk. And can be served in a glass or mug, at least in Malaysia. 58.105.22.187 (talk) 08:17, 6 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
