Is it PHARE, as stated here, or Phare, as stated on the Phare page? 62.72.110.11 12:18, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect

Hi, I know it might be a wee bit embarrassing, but TACIS is Technical Assistance to and not Technical Aid to, according to their sites at least, so perhaps someone could move it?

E ntry "TACIS European funding programme" seems MW-wide organized spam, please evaluate for prosecution

This has been around for so long and returned in so serveral places in all languages susceptible, so, please, somebody authorized please review this issue and consider whether to ban welcomeureope.com for good as a con spammer might be desirable. --217.81.170.117 (talk) 21:58, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
