Taylor's last name

In regards to her being born with the last name Mendez, we don't know that. When the character debuted in 1998, her last name was Raines. When she returned in 2011, her last name was Walker (matching the rest of the family). As for where that Raines name came from or why she wasn't a Walker from the get-go, we just don't know! We've never been told! Would it make sense that her last name was Mendez when she was born? Absolutely! Has the show ever said that? No, so we can't be stating it as fact here in this article. The show did state that fact for Nicole and Brandon but, not Taylor. The Raines name for Taylor is a complete mystery and, as fans, we can't be solving mysteries.Cebr1979 (talk) 10:08, 30 September 2015 (UTC)
