Hi, Uhhi-Ziti can be dated to around 1321 BC when Mursili II ascended the throne and had to fight a rebellion in the west led by Arzawa. Tudhaliya IV belonges to 1230s BC onwards. - a century later. The state of Mira emerged after Uhhi-Ziti was defeated and Arzawa was carved up into at least 3-4 petty kingdoms with Mira being the cental and main successor state.
