There is no video, no other claims of notability per WP:SONGS, and no confirmation that this will be released as the third or fourth single. I'm pretty sure that image is fanmade. That picture of Ke$ha is a bit old and actually from her digital booklet. Similarity To Other Recordings

Has anyone else noticed that this track has a very similar melody to a traditional middle eastern song? I can't name it, but it's almost identical in parts. This should definitely get a mention. The article currently strongly suggests that the song is entirely original work, whereas it is clearly 'inspired' by this melody. Actually, i have mentioned this already. Read the Composition; "Daniel Brockman from The Phoenix described the song as "a heavily Auto-Tuned reworking" of "There's a Place in France".[6]"

What'd I Say - No mention of key, or beats per minute. Instead the story of the improvisational aspects of the songs creation, i.e. the notable aspects of the composition process. Like A Rolling Stone - no mention of key or beats per minute. Instead, a long section about the actually writing of the song. Touch Me I'm Sick - No composition section at all. Monkey Gone to Heaven - a melody section with the chord progression, no bpm. This isn't a standardized thing, where all songs need this info. Every one of those examples was a featured article. It doesn't particularly matter to me - it's something of a pet peeve when I see song articles with the beats per minute (this is not the first) as if that were an intentional part of the composition. I just don't think that it's notable. I don't think it adds anything to the article. I don't think anyone who reads this page will have their understanding of the song enriched by this information. So I came to the discussion page and asked if it was important. So, I don't think it's notable, and think it should be deleted, you think it is notable, and shouldn't. To be fair articles which are GA often contain technical information, of which the BPM is classified. If this article aspires to be an FA it most certainly would need even more technical details such as the software used to master the song. Thus I have to say this is the first time I've seen someone object to the addition of BPM info. Whilst it might not enrich your reading experience of the article it may enrich someone else's. The whole point of making wikipedia more encyclopaedic is to include more technical and precise information than "its an uptempo song". Wikipedia is not a blog... its more technical than that with GA and FA articles. Admittedly some articles do fall below standards but BMP is hardly un-notable.     • It is, its covered in Credits and Release, it doesnt need to be put in written form.
  • Sometimes Lukasz Gottwald, sometimes Dr. Luke. Be consistent.
    • I use Lukasz Gottwald twice in the article, once in the Lead and once under Credits, this is so the full name is known.

Concert image

I added an image from the performance of "Take It Off" from the tour. I remember that she did that whole pose while performing the song, and this video can also be watched for confirmation (7:00 onwards). Pancake (talk) 19:04, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Also this image was taken two minutes later (according to the exif info), and since the first image was taken during the song's breakdown, two minutes later, another song would have been performed. According to this review (I know it might not be super reliable, but it's just to source a set list) for the show the picture was taken at, that song was "Blow" :) (The set list appears to have changed a few times) So, she is performing "Blow".
