COI edits and reversion

Seems there has been a month's worth of COI edits from 68.72.228.37. That being the case, I have rolled the article back to its state as at 1 October 2016. Non-NPOV uncited paragraph about apparent airbag recall scam

There was an uncited paragraph in an editorial tone going into detail about an apparent airbag recall scam perpetrated by a third party. This seems like an inappropriate forum for this uncited information, especially when it's structured as a complaint or warning. I deleted the paragraph again prior to checking the edit history. It seems like User:Pinnate_foliage has twice inserted this text and it was reverted both times previously. However, the most recent revert was undone by a different user.
