Taabinga Homestead Land Area.
As someone living on the property, I was curious where the 318 acres came from. I know it is more than this, the home paddock is around 100 acres alone. There is further property over Flagstone Creek Road. That is around 300 acres itself.
I don't know how to source the information that would not count as primary sources but a lot of this is wrong. Sennekuyl (talk) 09:06, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
- Well, I can tell you where that information in Wikipedia came from. It was in the first version of the article and there was no citation. I looked for a citation and failed to find one. I looked at the QLD Globe and measured the various land parcels, the area of the herigage listing, etc and none of them are 318 acres to provide any explanation of that figure. Since it is uncited, it can be removed from Wikipedia and I have just done so. Certainly Taabinga Station today is much larger than that and I assume it was far larger in earlier times.
