Adana su böreği
Adana su böreği is not su böreği. It has nothing in common with su böreği, it uses a different dough, similar to baklava. Cheese used inside is usually emulsified cheese. It is not a product of any gastronomical tradition, but simply emerged as social media sensation a few years ago.
