Mozart filling in for Michael Haydn? ...

Does one have better sourcing for this? (It should be pointed out that the usual anecdote about the duos- that Colloredo demanded 6 duos by such-and-so date, and that Mozart stepped in to help his friend when he couldn't fulfil on time, etc.- stems not from Mozart's many letters but from two of Michael Haydn's pupils, G.
