A user-contributed mapping web site shows these coordinates for the center: 54°56′27″N 83°13′46″E / 54.94083°N 83.22944°E / 54.94083; 83.22944, but I cannot find reliable sources confirming this. The Russian-language "Contact" page of the center provides transportation directions,

o из г. Новосибирска – любым видом транспорта до остановки «Речной вокзал», далее – автобус № 70 или маршрутное такси № 1322 до остановки «АБК»;

o из Академгородка – автобус № 39 или маршрутное такси № 39 до остановки «АБК».

My translation is:

o from Novosibirsk: any kind of transportation to the "River Terminal" station, then bus 70 or route taxi 1322 to the stop ABK.

o from Academgorodok: bus 39 or route taxi 39 to the stop ABK.
