Endemic

Phelsuma standingi is not endemic only to Zombitse-Vohipasia national park as said in the first sentences of the article. It occurs over an area covering this national park as well as Morombe, Toliara and Isalo national park. The guides in Zombitse do in fact say that the gecko only occurs in Zombitse.
