The article deals with a standard setting study. They are in particular used for high stakes standardized testing purposes. Such studies are not feasible in regular educational classroom settings. Is it possible to have a clearer indication of how "widely used" these tests are. The reason I ask is that they require "5-15 subject matter experts". How feasible is it for any institution to have 5-15 subject matter experts in each field, espcially as the specialisation increases above 2nd year?
