controls bile INTO pancreatic duct?

Lead says, "This sphincter controls the flow of bile into the pancreatic duct...", but that's not really true? It does control the PRESENTATION of bile to the entry of the pancreatic duct where it joins the bile duct, but it's the pancreatic sphincter which prevents that bile from flowing into the pancreatic duct, I think.
