The result of the move request was: Moved to Spanish Data Protection Agency (non-admin closure) — Andy W. (talk ·ctb) 16:02, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Spanish Agency of data protectionSpanish Agency of Data Protection – Governmental agency. Name capitalisation. Geny S. Soboes (talk) 20:27, 18 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Question. Why not Spanish Data Protection Agency, as it's written in the lede? —C.Fred (talk) 20:34, 18 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move to Spanish Data Protection Agency per C.Fred. That's more concise and also what they call themselves on their English website.[1]  — Amakuru (talk) 11:37, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Also, it should noted that Spanish Data Protection Agency is the long term title, and it should be moved back to that if there's no other consensus here. The article was boldly moved here in July,[2] with the edit summary "Official name (see: http://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/LaAgencia/informacion_institucional/conoce/index-iden-idphp.php)" but the logic there seems flawed. Although the page itself does say "Spanish Agency of data protection", the copyright notice at the bottom says "Spanish Data Protection Agency". This is the official and common name as far as I can tell.  — Amakuru (talk) 11:42, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
