Usually you say. I've read the policy, and I asked you to discuss it first and apply it consistently across all. So, discuss, starting with your qualifier. Have you checked all of the country's provinces, or did you again, just randomly change one? What is it about African geography that's so difficult? --Blechnic (talk) 02:53, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Hi. About South Kivu. I read and speak some French. So it is not a bias against French words being used in Wikipedia. WP:NAME though says we should use the English name where it exists. Kivu is the name. "South" though, should obviously be in English and not French. --Timeshifter (talk) 09:25, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

I don't anywhere claim you are biased against French words. Please, go back and read what I say and respond to it, or I will revert based on your not being willing to discuss the issue fully. Note we don't use Ivory Coast. Why don't you move that one? --Blechnic (talk) 19:47, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Rwenzori Mountains

I noticed that the article mentions that the Rwenzori Mountains are part of this subdivision, but I feel as if this is a mistake since the mountains actually form the eastern edge of North Kivu and not South Kivu. Pencil Vulture (talk) 08:15, 7 February 2024 (UTC)
