Reviews needed

Historically this has been a prestigious journal but I think as of 2011 it has not caught up to modern publishing standards, and therefore does not have much internet presence. I am unable to find a review of this journal. If anyone has a source for a review or some publication or editing history of this journal then please inform me. There exist very few reviews of academic journals. However, this journal is indexed in the Science Citation Index and has a respectable impact factor, so the notability is not in doubt. --Crusio (talk) 10:54, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
