Neighbourhood of Ashburton? Really?

There's a street in Ashburton called Solway Street and a primary school called Solway Primary School, but to call it a neighbourhood is a stretch and not really relevant for a wikipedia entry. I grew up in this area, I have friends that live on the nearby Dunlop Street, cycled along the creek path there a thouasnd times, played cricket and AFL against the East Malvern footy club at Waverley Oval, bought ice cream from Dairy Bell across the road, and drove my parents to East Malvern station more times than I care to remember, and have never heard of 'Solway' being a neighbourhood in the area.
