Jacobi symbol or binomial coefficient?

In the definition of $\zeta _{D}(s)$,

$\zeta _{D}(s)=\prod _{p}{1 \over 1-{D \choose p}p^{-s}},$

does ${D \choose p}$ stand for the binomial coefficient or the Jacobi symbol? I suspect the latter, in which case it should be written $\left({\frac {D}{p}}\right)$. Daĉjo^почта 07:56, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
