Page name

This page is inappropriately named. It is called Smith and Wesson 17 but is actually about the Smith & Wesson K Frame series of handguns. I am proposing the name be changed to Smith and Wesson K Frame Handguns. Digitallymade (talk) 13:23, 3 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced content

I removed the "Problems in Use" section which was unsourced. Preserving here. –dlthewave 23:13, 25 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Smith & Wesson Model 17

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Smith & Wesson Model 17's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
