Origin of statement

@Wil540 art: I am looking for the origin of this statement. Would you happen to know anything?

I do not know the origin of that statement. Now I want to know. One article online credits the film Public Domain by Powell Peralta. I'm not very confident in that source, so I've asked on Slap (magazine)'s online forum: https://www.slapmagazine.com/index.php?topic=116784.msg3558893#msg3558893 I've never heard of Iain Borden.
