Bailey's Peninsula as an Island
It's not clear that the creation of the Lake Washington Ship Canal has any connection to Bailey's Peninsula ever changing from an island to a peninsula. Many maps at the Seattle Public Library show Bailey's Peninsula in the early 1890's, well before any leveling from canals might have been achieved. Jeffme (talk) 20:00, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
Torii
If anyone is working further on this article, this article Iconic Japanese torii to be restored by Paul Talbert, president of the Friends of Seward Park, looks worth following up. - Jmabel | Talk 06:13, 2 March 2013 (UTC)
