San Fernando , Camarines Sur is located 8 km westward of Naga city. It has 3 distinct geographical locations. These locations or ecosystems includes the coastal, mountains or forest and swampy or wet land where the lowland rice almost extending to 2000 hectares. It is bounded in the east by the town of minalabac, in the north by the town of gainza, in the south by the ragay gulf. The town's map appears to be a giant right foot. The sole of the foot is situated by the portion of Bicol river, the toes are on ragay gulf with the big toe is barangay Cotmo, a white pebbled seashore, with giant squids that abounds during the month of March. they are caught by using a hook and line.
