I propose to merge the content of Salvatore Martirano Memorial Composition Award into here, since the notability of that article has been questioned. Actually there do not seem to be many secondary sources about the award, so it might be best to merge the information here.

Do not merge. Page about award is about the award, not the composer, and lists the winners. This would be distracting at the page about the composer. Badagnani 18:56, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
