Warsaw pact, Russia, and Ukrainian usage, "CK-42"

Greetings,

I've seen that this coordinates system is used by both the Russian and the Ukrainian militaries. Usually they refer to it as "CK-42" though, due to the Cyrillic name.

I've been working with this system a lot for my open source work. Should I propose contributions to this wiki page?
